Sales Contracts Intern (2364)
The overall purpose of the job is to provide support to Sales Contracts department, in particular Group Leader – Specification Contracts Manager and Director of Sales.

Role Responsibilities:
- Support tendering process
- Standard tender documentation
- Administer Focal Research Resource
- Monitor and update specification portal
- Tender alert assistance – (TED)
- Procurement site registration and maintenance.
- Special project research
Tasks:
- Documentation of case studies
- Product feature and benefit (inc. USP) summaries
Person Specification:
Skills:
- Excellent literacy, numeracy skills
- Strong user of Microsoft PowerPoint and office packages
Attributes:
- Organised, self starter able to work on own initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, creative and flexible approach
- Finisher
- Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business
Qualifications:
- Role to suit undergraduate of business degree, marketing or management and administrative studies
