Marketing Administration Intern (2286)
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver World Class service to Worcester Accredited Installers (WAI’s) by taking pro-active role in development, administering and maintenance of the various elements within Sales and Shared Services.

The role:
To mange the diaries of the external sales and marketing vehicles.
Ensuring all vehicles have quarterly checks, MOTs, services, and repairs when required
Liaising with external driver agency
Providing administrative support for exhibitions, including processing of sales leads
Ensuring all Worcester Accredited Installers have extranet access
Providing cover for the processing and booking of training courses
Ensuring accurate processing of certificates of registrations
Liaising with other areas of the business, including marketing, service and sales
Providing administrative support within the marketing administration team
The person:
- Currently at University in the second year of degree
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- PC literate, good understanding of word, outlook, excel and power point knowledge would be useful
- Self motivated and enthusiastic
- Flexibility of approach towards working hours
