Product Sales Intern (2315/2316)
The overall purpose is for interns to learn and gain a practical understanding of company policies and procedures within the Internal Sales office and business as a whole.
The successful applicants will assist the Internal Sales department by liaising with our customers and all other departments within Bosch Thermotechnology UK. In doing so, the interns will gain working knowledge and a business understanding of how a large organisation operates as well as forge working relationships with employees and customers.

Role Responsibilities:
- General Sales order administration and office support using the telephone and SAP system.
- Provide support for staff in the Sales, Spares, Returns and Profile Stockist teams.
- Profile monitoring, recording and reporting.
- Administrate the 5’s project within the department.
- Continue sales classification project with sales and spares.
- Maintain and issue spare parts catalogue and TPSO versions to all relevant parties.
- Liaise and work with the other interns within the department.
- Updating the We-Supply system on a daily basis with sales order alterations.
- Reporting OTIF (On time in full) measure for key customers.
- Maintain departmental archive log and documentation register.
- Assist department in creation and amending process documentation.
- Provide support to working project groups within the department.
- Maintain and update the Internal Sales Intranet page.
- Respond to any correspondence from charitable orgisnations. regarding donations given or not, with appropriate decorum.
- To maintain and update the Balanced Scorecard and Cockpit charts on a monthly basis to show the operational performance of the department.
- Assist with, and create additional call log analysis and documentation to help examine performance levels of the teams within the department.
- To make any updates to the departmental Handbook.
- The upkeep of Data security maintenance and maintain the department’s awareness to relevant procedures and protocols.
The Person:
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Able to present themselves well when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Flexibility of approach towards working hours
