Facilities Intern (2311)
The overall purpose of this job is to support the Facilities Team in managing and controlling ongoing site projects and getting onsite experience in order to assist with their education and professional background.

Role Responsibilities:
- Managing of smaller site projects
- Liaising with external contractors to get quotes and technical information and ensure that the project is in on time to budget and to standard
- Assisting the Facilities team with translation issues and liaising with German Contractors
- Prepare smaller project plans for approval
- Controlling of internal weekly utility consumption report
- Suggesting improvements to reduce the utility consumption at TTGB sites
The Person:
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Able to present themselves well when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Flexibility of approach towards working hours
