The overall purpose of the job is to assist the Continuous Improvement (CIP) Co-Ordinator in the organisation and delivery of CIP events across TTGB departments for both Company initiatives and on request by the business.

Role Responsibilities:
- Arrange training and workshops on CIP, 5s, Policy Deployment and Innovation Management
- Responsible for the Communication Strategy for the House of Orientation
- Responsible for updating the Company Handbook
- Update the CIP Intranet site
- Carry out and follow up Policy Deployment questionnaires
- Update the Policy Deployment maturity folder
- Documentation of minutes/photos and actions from workshops and meetings
- Update and follow up of 5s maturity
- Checking compliance with 5s by champions and departments
- Set up and facilitate work
- Collect and document ideas in the Innovation Management scheme
- Update the Innovation Management folder
The Person:
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Able to present themselves well when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Flexibility of approach towards working hours
