The overall purpose of the job is to provide administrative assistance to HR officers.

Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing presentational material
- Note taking at meetings
- Scheduling interviews and conducting selection testing
- Processing contracts of employment
- Scheduling Occupational health appointments
- Scheduling appointments for Pension clinics
- Advertising of jobs adverts
- Develop and maintain the HR Intranet and internet sites to comply with Bosch guidelines
- Update organisational charts
- Complete monthly statistical reports and adhoc statistical reporting
- General administrative duties
- Processing of invoices and dealing with queries
- Ensure the eligibility to work in UK checks are carried out
- Updating spreadsheets
- Researching of information
- Organising Long Service Award arrangements
- Participation and organising of job/career fairs/college open evenings
- Liaising with schools, colleges and universities
- Update Monthly departmental reports
The Person:
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good attention to detail, decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Able to present themselves well when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Flexibility of approach towards working hours
