Purchasing Intern (2269)
Purchasing Department- Warndon, Worcester
The overall purpose of this role is to gain experience and training whilst assisting with tasks and projects within the Purchasing department, which is responsible for buying any products required by the Company. This internship will be in the indirect purchasing team who supply any product not used for the manufacturing of boilers e.g. consumables, facilities, machinery. It also negotiates contracts and liaises with suppliers and customers.

Role Responsibilities:
- To support in Purchasing issues
- To complete Purchasing projects
- To support buyers in daily business
- To process purchase orders and purchase requisitions
- Updating of prices on SAP
- To prepare presentations
- To create contracts
The Person:
- Ideally be studying towards a Business/Commercial degree
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Power Point, Excel & Outlook
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
