The overall purpose of this job is to provide technical support to both external and internal customers.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for solving technical problems (over the telephone, fax and email) for our customers relating to installation and fault finding servicing and commissioning.
- Passion for customer service - ability to command an understanding of remote communications with engineers and end users alike.
- Focus on the needs of the customer and ensure that a high level of service is maintained at all times
- Ensure that all department and individual performance targets are achieved to a high standard.
- Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team

A detailed training programme will be provided, and tailored to the current experience of the individual.
Rotational working shifts are between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday and one in every three / four Saturdays.
