Production Engineering Intern (6 months to start ASAP)
The overall purpose of the job is to support sustainable manufacturing processes within a lean philosophy.

Key Objectives and Tasks:
- Support business improvements within the Manufacturing area to achieve Bosch Production System targets including:
- Pull systems
- Continuous improvement of the 5S system
- Creating and maintaining standardisation
- Support Total Productive Maintenance
- Shop floor based visualisation on key Quality and performance measure
o QCO ~ optimising change over process (identifying internal/external work etc)
- Other duties as they arise in the efficient maintenance of the systems within the Manufacturing Department
The Person:
- Studying towards an engineering degree
- Committed and dedicated individual
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Flexibility of approach towards working hours
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Computer literate
- Preferably Capable CAD User
